Bored piles and embedded piles "micro piles"
Improved adhesion performance with grout material! Pile material combining nodules and economical valves.
"Micro piles" are small-diameter cast-in-place piles and embedded piles with a diameter of approximately 100 to 300 mm. Steel pipes are pulled in while drilling into the ground to the specified depth, and if necessary, steel reinforcement materials such as rebar are inserted, followed by the injection of grout material to form the pile. Additionally, this product features a reliable coupler-type threaded joint that guarantees the strength of high-strength steel pipes and the overall strength of the pipes, along with a node projection that enhances adhesion performance with the grout material and an economical non-return valve. [Features] ■ Manufactured using electric resistance welding, resulting in extremely good dimensional accuracy. * Depending on design conditions, the application of general structural carbon steel pipes (STK) is also possible. ■ Equipped with an economical and high-performance non-return valve, ensuring reliable grouting. ■ A selection of efficient construction menus tailored to the geological conditions of the site is available. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
